The minimum payout amount is 2500 points which converted is £25.00. Once you have reached the minimum balance, you can request a reward through the app.
1 point is worth 1 penny. For example, 100 points is worth £1.00 and 500 points is worth £5.00.
Once you have reached the minimum payout balance, you can request your reward from within the pennyStack app.
Payout processing times can vary depending on the reward method and any checks that may be required. Your payout status will be shown in the app.
Surveys are provided by third-party research companies and each survey has its own requirements. You may be screened out if your answers do not match the target audience.
No. Surveys generally have limits and cannot be repeatedly completed for additional rewards.
Some offers can take time to track and credit. If your reward does not appear after the expected tracking period, please contact pennyStack support with details of the offer you completed.
No. Each person should only have one pennyStack account. Multiple accounts or attempts to abuse the rewards system may result in accounts being restricted or closed.
No. Points are linked to your pennyStack account and cannot be transferred between users.
Yes. Accounts may be suspended or closed if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse, multiple accounts, automated activity or other violations of our Terms & Conditions.
Points do not currently expire simply because they have been earned. However, points associated with fraudulent or invalid activity may be removed.
